# Two-Sided Artwork

Front as page 1, back as page 2, both upright.

Printdash artwork guideline. Illustrated version: https://printdash.io/artwork-guidelines#double-sided

- Supply a **two-page PDF**: page 1 is the front, page 2 is the back. Two separate files named `front` and `back` work too.
- Place both sides **upright, as you would read them**. We handle the turn - a portrait back stays portrait and a landscape back stays landscape.
- Want the back rotated relative to the front (a calendar-style flip)? Rotate it in the file and mention it in the order notes.
- A blank back is still a page. Include it as an empty page so a one-page file is never mistaken for a finished job.
- Keep Bleed and Safe Zone on both pages, and keep anything that must line up across sides - a border, a fold - at the same position on both.
